Our Charities
Update Dec 2009 - Again this year we have made donations to the charities listed below. We managed to persuade Maj (Retd) John Barrett MBE to accept our cheque on behalf of SSAFA Forces Help. See the picture below. John, who has worked for many years for SSFA as a case worker is on the roght of the picture, and Major (Retd) Jim Heck, MilNet UK Director is on the left.

At MilNetUK, we are committed to donating a proportion of our profits to Service Charities. The ones we have chosen are listed below with a short description of each. Dont't forget, the more you use our access number, the more we will be able to donate to these worthy causes. For more information about how to access the internet through MilNet UK nd how we do our best to prevent spam see our Internet Service Provider section of our web site.
The charities we currently support include:
SSFA Forces Help
We were particularly pleased that SSFA Forces Help were allowed to go ahead with their project to set up a families visiting centre near to RAF Headley Court, particularly so as one of MilNet's directors is a past "inmate" of that surpurb place! Their web site is at http://www.ssafa.org.uk/
The Not Forgotten Association.
The Not Forgotten Association provides entertainment and recreation for servive and ex-service disabled. Further information is at http://www.nfassociation.org/
In previous years we have supported The Royal British Legion, The Royal Navy Benevolent Trust, The Royal Air Force Benevolent Trust, The Army Benevolent Fund, and Home and Help for Children. spam filtering
